PURPOSE:To offer the titled mechanism which can save press capacity and enables tire-vulcanizing formation with smaller hot-press medium consumption, by arranging an intercepting means, which is sealed to a lower clamp ring hub and an upper clamp ring by clamping an upper die to a lower die, to separate an inner surface from an outer surface. CONSTITUTION:Seal joint surfaces 31, 32 are formed between the corresponding surfaces of an upper clamp ring 8 and a lower clamp ring hub 9, so that the seal joint surfaces are seal-joined by clamping an upper die 3 to a lower die during vulcanization. A hot-press medium-sealing space over the radial direction of an elastic formed body 2 is changed into the whole space into a unitary body leading to a central portion A and a peripheral portion B during shapeing, and separated into each of the central portion A and the peripheral portion B on the inner and outer surfaces of the upper and lower clamp rings 8, 6 along their radial direction during vulcanization. A hot-press medium is removed from the central portion A, while the hot-press medium having raised pressure as vulcanizing pressure is fed only to the peripheral portion B. |
