PURPOSE:To set range of sight field and sight position to be picked up arbitrarily, in a shape recognizing image pickup device using an ITV camera, by switching an electron beam sweeping width and position of an image pickup electron tube. CONSTITUTION:A deflection current applied to a horizontal deflecting coil 10 and a vertical deflecting coil 11 is varied by changing the amplification factor of a horizontal amplifying circuit 12 and a vertical amplifying circuit 14 and the electron beam sweeping range can be switched and set. Although the setting currents for a horizontal centering circuit 13 and a vertical centering circuit 15 are normally adjusted at the center of image pickup screen of an image pickup electron tube 2, if shifted and extended sight field is needed, the electron beam sweep position can be switched by changing the setting current. Thus, the range and position of sight field to be picked up can arbitrarily be set. |
