PURPOSE:To obtain a homogeneous product in a short time by a simple constitution, by simultaneously pressing a material supplied in a molding box, from both the upper and lower surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A material 2 is supplied into a molding box 1 from a material supply box, and it is pressed simultaneously by upper and lower pressure legs 3, 4. In this case, upper and lower pressing powers collide with each other in the center part of the molding box 1, and operate on a peripheral unpressed part 5 whose pressure has been dropped due to friction of the inside surface of the molding box. A moving distance of the upper and lower pressure lengs becomes half comparing with the one-surface pressure system, therefore, the pressure time is reduced to half, and also a homogeneous product is obtained owing to the proper pressure required. |
