PURPOSE:To manufacture a door so as to easily follow a model change of an apparatus, etc. without requiring a complicated device, by cutting the corner, bending and welding it without performing the reducing working, in case when a box-like door is manufactured from a metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:A corner cut material 1 is set to a device 7, and each long and short side part 1a, 1b of the material 1 is bent up respectively, in a part 7b, and is inverted in a part 7c. In a part 7d, the clad part of each side part 1a, 1b is shaped so as to make round. Subsequently, in a part 7e, to the clad part, plasma arc welding is performed by advancing from its closing and to the opening end direction by use of an inside jig, an outside a welding torch. In a part 7f, and in a part 7g, the edge part of the long side part 1a and edge part of the shoft side part 1b are bent inside respectively, and in a part 7h', both end parts of the edge part of the short side part 1b are bent and sunk, and after that, the barring working is performed to holes 5 for a hinge respectively. In the final stage 7j part, spot welding is performed to both the end part of the edge part of the long side part 1a, and the end part of the edge part of the short side part 1b, and a finished product is obtained. |
