PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a petroleum stove in which the periphery of a plural cylinder type burner is enclosed with a furnace body and exhaust gas from the burner is forcibly blown by a fan into a chamber by providing flame detecting means and operating a fire extinguisher by the output of the means. CONSTITUTION:When the decrease in flame straightening operation and in flame height due to the incomplete combustion of flame caused by a certain reason occurs in the state that a wick vertical movement knob is turned to lift the wick, is held by the energization of a solenoid, is ignited and burnt by the energization of an gnition heater, the negative input of a comparator IC-3 is decreased by a resistor R15 which receives the power voltage T2 of a transformer T connected to a falem rod 26. Accordingly, the output of the IC-3 becomes ''H''. Then, a transistor Q3 is conducted ON, and a combustion lamp 28 is deenergized. Since a transistor Q2 is interrupted OFF and a relay RY1 is deenergized, the solenoid is deenergized, the wick is lowered by the coil spring, and the flame is extinguished. |
