PURPOSE:To enable to obtain high combustibility for the unburnt fuel, collected from exhaust gas by dividing the air chamber of a fluidized bed furnace into a plurality of independent air chambers to form a fluidized bed part for combustion for unburnt fuel, above the one of the divided air chambers. CONSTITUTION:The air chamber formed under the perforated plate 2 of a fluidized bed furnace body 1 is divided into a large air chamber 4a for main combustion and a small air chamber 4b for recombustion by a bulkhead 3. The fludizing air A is distributed and fed into these air chambers, so that the velocity of air jetted into a fluidized bed 5 from an air chamber 4b is higher than that from an air chamber 4a. The fuel F is fed into a fluidized bed part 5a for main combustion from an air chamber 4a, and the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged to the outside through an air tower part 6. During this time, the unburnt fuel, discharged from the furnace together with exhaust gas G, is collected by a dust collector 7, and fed again into a fluidized bed part 5b for recombustion, where the gas is strongly fluidized by the air A of high flowing velocity to be burnt in good condition. |
