PURPOSE:To reduce the cost, by performing a prescribed treatment onto the surface of a special loam steel plate (black sheet) on which only rust preventing oil has been applied, and after that, applying lubricating oil, and subsequently, performing both the cup molding and ironing. CONSTITUTION:A coillike special loam steel plate 2b is drawn out from an uncoiler 1, is sprayed with an alkaline deoiling liquid in the course of passing through a deoiling treatment area 6, and is deoiled and purified. Subsequently, it is washed with water in the course of passing through the first water washing area 7, goes into a film forming area 8, is sprayed with a phosphoric acid treatment liquid in the course of said area, and an iron phosphate film is formed on the surface of the plate. Subsequently, this plate 4 on which an iron phosphate film has been formed is washed with water in the second water washing area 9, and also its superfluous water content is removed in a wate content removing area 10. After that, it is fed to an oiler 3 immediately, lubricating oil is applied to it, subsequently, it is fed to a cupping press 5 and its stroke working is performed. |
