Sprayhead for applying a liquid film to the inside of hollow bodies, in particular for cleaning hollow bodies, preferably of barrels, in which a hollow rotational body provided on its circumference with outlet nozzles for the liquid is mounted on a pipe element so as to be rotatable about its axis and the pipe element is constructed at one end as a connection piece for a pressure line and closed at the other end. The pipe element penetrates the rotational body and is provided with lateral outlet openings for the liquid which open out within the rotational body. The rotational body is radially mounted on the pipe element with its bores penetrated by the pipe element and is axially mounted by means of support bodies which are arranged on both sides of the pipe element and can be preferably fixed in a nondisplaceable manner thereon, in which case in order to form a liquid film for the radial and axial bearing of the rotational body, play is provided both between the pipe element and the axial bores of the rotational body and between the support bodies and the rotational body. <IMAGE>
