<p>Two distributor valve rotors (e.g. 23A) are each rotationally fixed with a corresponding part of the steering column. One or both of the steering column parts has a prism-shaped cavity (41A) in its end, a prism-shaped plug (42) being received in the cavity (41A) with angular play which provides the limited relative angular displacement. The plug may either be a separate element received in cavities in both parts, or may be received in a cavity of only one part and rotationally fast with the other part. A thin corrugated toothed annular element (48A) provides rotational locking between each steering column part and the corresponding valve rotor. Alternatively, each rotor is locked by being mounted on a prismatic outer surface of the corresponding part, or one rotor mounted on the plug.</p> |
