PURPOSE:To prevent the dirt of a transparent plate due to scatterring of a toner to make the maintenance for it unnecessary, by applying a high voltage potential having the same pllarity as the toner on a form to a thin film arranged in the aperture part of a reflective plate covering a flash lamp. CONSTITUTION:A reflective plate 2 covering a flash lamp 1 is arranged, and the aperture part of the reflective plate 2 is closed with a transparent plate 3 through which energy of the lamp 1 is transmitted, and a tin oxide thin film 4, namely, a transparent nesa glass or the like is arranged on the surface of the transparent plate 3, and the potential from a high voltage power supply 5 is applied to the conductor-shaped thin film 4. When the polarity of a toner 7 on a form 6 is negative, the polarity of this applied potential is negative, and this potential is applied to the thin film 4. Thus, the scatterred toner is not stuck to the thin film to use the device as a fixing device for a long time. |
