PURPOSE:To obtain the case making machine which does not generate the joint flaw on the outside of the case, by providing the protrusion rows on the anvil part of the mandrel and jointing the flaps with the horn of the opposing supersonic welder made as the smooth face. CONSTITUTION:The case making machine is composed of the shaping mechanism A which makes the sheet 1 like the U type by bending the upper face 3 and the lower face 4, centering the bottom face 2 of the sheet 1, the holding mechanism B which holds and carries the sheet 1 bent by the mechanism A and, in midway bending the large inside flaps 7, 8 and the outside flaps 9, 10, shapes the book case 11a just before jointing, the supersonic welders C, C' which joint the flaps of the case 11a, the mandrel D which has the predetermined clearance to the inside measurement of the case 11 so as to respond to the push pressure of the horn 13 of welders C, C' alternatively by the protrusion series of the both sides and mechanism E which centers the case to the mandrel. The protrusion rows to push the inner wall face of flaps 5, 7, 6, 8 are formed on the anvil parts 24, 25 of the mandrel. |
