PURPOSE:To obtain a necessary blank for stamp such as stamp and printing roller for a short space of time by injecting fine particles of metal, glass or the like on the surface of a blank with a form body tightly put thereon to form a character or the like on the exposed part excluding that covered with the form body. CONSTITUTION:A form body 11 which is made of a sheet plate of a polyester resin or the like and cut out in a part in a shape of an appropriate character pattern 12 is placed on a blank 10 such as synthetic rubber, synthetic resin and wood. The blank is sent into a sand blasting device on a belt and a metal powder or glass powder with a mesh of 20-50 is injected from an injector 2 to provide a stamp. This form provides a concave 12' in the part corresponding to the character pattern 12 of the form body 11 by grinding with a grit injected. Otherwise, the part corresponding to the form body 11 is left unground while other part is ground to form a convex 11' on the blank 10 in the shape of the form body 11. |
