PURPOSE:To perform interaction without erroneous operation, and to make an apparatus small and lightweght, by causing an operation shaft to turn interactively with its vertical movemet through a screw fit type l mechanism for converting a linear motion to a turning motions arranged between the operation shaft and a cylindrical frame. CONSTITUTION:A clamp cylinder 5 is located in a lower half part in the cylindrical frame 1 of the clamping apparatus C, and the screw fit type linear motion- turning motion converting mechanism 10 is located in an upper half part therein. The lower end of the operation shaft 7 is formed with a turning disengageable type clamp click 14 that is engaged in an engaging hole 15 of an adaptor plate AP and is secured to a base plate 16 of an inner slide I. The mechanism 10 comprises a set of a male screw 8 and a female screw 9 that are fitted by threading. The screw 9 is received by a lower limit engaging part 19 of the upper surface of the shaft 7 that can change the clamped state of the female screw 9 to the unclamped state thereof. |
