A control circuit includes a fixed thermostat which ensures a fast heating to the browning stage (230 degrees C). On reaching this temp. the heat is reduced until the finishing temp. for the roast is reached, which can be set on an adjustable thermostat. An adjustable time switch is set to suit the wt. of the roast and cuts off the heat after the set time. This requires only two simple settings for completely automatic roasting of all sorts of meat in an electric cooker oven. |
