摘要 The invention relates to a device for punctiform measurement of the distance of the boundary surfaces of objects, in particular those in human or veterinary medicine. Its object is to construct such a device so that it requires for the purpose of accurate measurement of the punctiform separation of the boundary surfaces only two probes but no permanent field, the aim being for the measurement results to be invariant with respect to possible rotary and tilting movements of the probes relative to one another. Furthermore, the device according to the invention is also intended to provide a reliable display of distances greater than the distances so far capable of display by means of other electric or electromechanical devices. This object is achieved by a receiver probe which is to be mounted on a boundary surface and each of whose magnetic dipoles contains in the form of three inductors aligned to be mutually perpendicular, the inductors of the receiver probe generating corresponding voltages, the level of which serves as a measure of the boundary surface distance and is evaluated via a programmed computer and displayed. <IMAGE>
