PURPOSE:To prepare a foaming tablet of a sweetener having high tablet hardness and quick solubility, by adding a carbonate and tartaric acid to a dipeptide sweetener to make a foaming tablet. CONSTITUTION:A dipeptide sweetener such as aspartylphenylalanine methyl ester, etc. is blended with an excipien (starch, lactose, etc.), a binder (startch, gelatin, methyl cellulose, etc.), sodium hydrogencarbonate as a blowing agent, a lubricant such as leucine, etc. and 15-20wt% tartaric acid as a neutralizing agent, and formed into a tablet. The tablet having a tablet hardness of even >=2kg is dissolved in a short time while being foamed. |
