PURPOSE:To prepare simultaneously white laminar tangle, thick white tangle, and tangle like noodles, by winding tangle round an axis, forming breaks by cutting blades, shaving it by a planing blade. CONSTITUTION:Tangle treated with vinegar or a solution of salt is wound round the wood mold 2, the breaks 4 are formed by the cutting blades 3 and 3' while the wood mold 2 being rotated, and the tangle is shaved into a given thickness by the planing blade 5. White laminar tangle and tangle for mackerel SUSHI are obtained from the central part, and tangle like noodles from the edge part. Tangle useful as an ingredient for mashed fish is obtained by shaving the wound tangle thickly. |
