Electrical film circuit and a production method

An electrical film circuit is intended to have resistor tracks (which are protected between two plastic films), to have good electrical contact made with them and to be capable of being produced easily. For this purpose, recesses (7) for the connecting wires (6) are stamped in contact surfaces (4) and the carrier film (1) located underneath, the carrier film (1) is joined to a covering film (3) and is coated, the recesses (7) in the carrier film are scanned before coating, and elongated holes (8) are stamped at appropriate points in the covering film (Fig. 1). The arrangement is particularly suitable for protecting resistor tracks against the surrounding medium, especially in filling-level measuring devices. <IMAGE>
