PURPOSE:To achieve stable and uniform characteristics, by using a magnetic member having high saturated magnetic flux density for a magnetic path near a front gap, and forming and processing a bonding type magnetic head formed with a magnetic member having low loss characteristics to another magnetic path, by a unified block body. CONSTITUTION:The 1st magnetic member 2 and the 2nd magnetic member 3 are adhered and bonded to form the 1st block A, and the 2nd block B is obtained with parallel slicing of the block A at a prescribed interval and with a prescribed tilted angle. The 2nd block B is formed and shaped to provide a recess for the 3rd block C. The 4th block D is obtained by bonding the blocks C via a gap forming member, and a front core 8 is obtained by forming a groove 5 in a prescribed track width to the block D. The magnetic head is made by bonding back cores 11 and 12 giving winding on the front core 8. |
