PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous operation of a digital circuit due to the current fluctuation of a linear circuit by a method wherein, when the linear circuit and the I<2>L type digital circuit are provided on the same semiconductor substrate, the ground potential connecting pads for these circuits are formed separately, and each pad and a lead wire are connected with a thin metal wire. CONSTITUTION:The circuit with which a signal processing will be performed is composed of an I<2>L-type digital circuit 14, the linear circuit 15, to be used for outputting an analog signal when the output signal is received from the circuit 14, is composed of a bipolar transistor and they are coexisted on the same Si substrate 3. In this constitution, one of output terminals of circuits 14 and 15 is connected with an Al thin wire 19 through the intermediary of an I<2>L driving voltage generating circuit 18, the other output terminals of the circuits are connected to the separately provided ground potential connecting pads 10 and 11 respectively using Al thin wires 16 and 17. Thus, the pads are not jointly used, they are separately provided, and they are connected to the lead wire 2 using Au wires 12 and 13. |
