The invention relates to a station for telecontrol devices with signal transmission in stimulus mode, in which pulse telegrams originating in a central station are provided with a central station identifier used for synchronisation and in which stimulus mode is possible even if no synchronisation is provided by the central station. In a telecontrol device of this type, simultaneous transmission by more than one station is intended to be prevented as reliably as possible, even if the central station fails and/or the transmission channel is interrupted. For this purpose, the invention provides that, if no synchronisation is provided by the central station, stepped time counters can be started up and synchronised in that the stimulus telegrams transmitted by the stations in this operating condition are provided with the central station identifier. The station can be used advantageously in telecontrol devices operating according to a combined challenge-response procedure. <IMAGE>
