PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and to simplify the structure, by directly sliding a reversing idler gear by use of a reversing shift lever. CONSTITUTION:When moving forward, one of shift levers 14, 15 and 16 is selected by a projection part 9a of a shift arm 9. As a result, a corresponding shift lever turns by making a shaft 13 its supporting point, a shift fork engaged to this lever (one of 18, 19 and 20) slides to a shaft 21, and a speed change gear for moving forward is switched. When reversing, the projection part 9a of the arm 9 is engaged to a notch groove 17b of a shift lever for reversing 17, and the lever 17 turns clockwise by making the shaft 13 its supporting point. Therefore, a reversing idler gear 7 pinched and supported by a fork 17d of the lever 17 is meshed with a reversing main gear 5 and a reverse input gear formed in one body with an input shaft. |
