PURPOSE:To make the lubrication of the inside of a gear efficient by using a system in which the outer race of a bearing to support the shaft end is integrally combined with an oil inducer to direct oil toward the axial oil path of the shaft, and a plug to prevent the back flow of oil is fixed to the inlet of the oil path. CONSTITUTION:A plug 8 having an oil inlet hole 8a at the center of the bottom plate of its bottomed cylinder is pressed in the inlet of an axial oil path 2a and set in such a way as to cover the inlet side end of the oil path 2a of the shaft 2 integrally with the outer race 3a of a shell needle bearing 3. An oil inducer 9 having a projected outlet 9a projecting into the oil inlet hole 8a of the plug 8 is provided to the plug 8.
