PURPOSE:To input a multi-item without making a sense sheet large-sized and also without reducing an input area of each item, by selectively using plural sheets by means of winding. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of a device body 1, a winder 5 is installed so as to be opposed to the upper side part of a sense sheet 2. In this winder 5, a multi-item input sheet 6 is stored. To the tip of the multi-item input sheet 6, a bar 7 is installed, and the sheet 6 is drawn out from said winder 5 in the direction as indicated with an arrow A, and after that, is set on the sense sheet 2 by hooking the bar 7 to a pawl 8 provided on the body 1. In this case, the pawl 8 functions as a lever of a sheet changeover switch for making an input fixed sheet 2a correspond to the sheet 6. Accordingly, the information that the sheet 6 is changed is informed to the body 1 automatically by hooking the bar 7 to the pawl 8. |
