PURPOSE:To set the quantity of communication between a storage device and a sorting circuit, to its necessary minimum, by inputting plural data in order, and also comparing and counting them in parallel in order. CONSTITUTION:In case sorting is executed as to relation of magnitude of plural (m) number of data, each data of the first-m-th data is inputted in order, and as to said each data, each comparison of said each data and the first-m-th data is executed in parallel in order, counting based on a result of its comparison is executed in parallel, and in accordance with this counting result, the sorting is executed. In this regard, each basic cell is constituted of a bus data register 3. a shift data register 4, a comparator 5, a counter 6 and a control signal circuit 7. |
