PURPOSE:To prevent the sliding wear and the damage due to cavitation by using at several locations in a machine a compound alloy which combines particles of super hard carbonized material to a base metal of Cr-Mo steel. CONSTITUTION:A hat shaped member consisting of a flat guide 18 and a cylindrical guide 19 is made of a compound alloy which combines particles of a super hard carbonized material to a base metal of Cr-Mo steel, and is integrally connected to a rotor 3, said guide 18 constituting a flat bearing with a fixed valve plate 17, and said rotor 2 being guided by a center shaft 20 which is pre-pressed by a spring 22. Such compound alloy has high hardness and resilience and withstands strong erosion of WHBF thereby preventing the sliding wear of the sliding parts and the damage due to cavitation. |
