PURPOSE:To enable a supplying of water to be terminated in a valve which is capable of supplying of and discharging of air as well as of terminating a supplying of water by a method wherein a compressed air is gradually discharged under an application of the suction phenomenum and only when the water pressure is merely applied as a load. CONSTITUTION:When a non-freezed plug 39 is operated to discharge water, the air in the cylinder 1 is passed through the longitudinal groove 38, small hole 22, a clearance between the small hole 17 and a side surface of the spool valve 16, fed from the groove 24 through the central part of the bottom of the small hole 17 into the air supplying hole 18, passed through the small injection port 5 passed through the metering part 6 and then fed to the passage pipe. When the non- freezing plug 39 is operated to perform a water feeding, the air is entered instanteneously from the small injection port 5 into the air feeding port 18 to push up the spool valve 16 and to shut off the discharging of air from the small hole 22 and then the air is discharged from the small injection hole 5 toward an outer circumference of the circular disc 4 into the surrounding air. When the compressed air is completely discharged, the water is flowed into the small injection hole 5 and the water is terminated to flow under an action of the pressing of the spring 9. |
