PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the force to hold a plug in a metal bearing body when vibration is applied to the body by a structure wherein metal tubes, in each of which a plug comprising the mixture of fat and oil and solid lubricant is inserted, are pressed in a plurality of holes machined in the metal bearing body. CONSTITUTION:After the plug 2 being pressed in the metal tube 3, the metal tube 3 with the plug 2 therewithin is pressed in the hole of the bearing body 1 to make a lubricant imbedded type bearing. The plug 2 is a blending of 6% expansive graphite, 30% lead powder and 60% high fusion wax and is solid in the air under 100 deg.C. Owing to the structure as described above, the force to hold the plug after vibration test can be realized by only about 3.5% lower than that shown at static test in this type of bearing as compared with by 70% in a conventional lubricant imbedded type bearing. |
