PURPOSE:To enhance the durability of the outer tube by a structure wherein a liner, which consists of tetrafluoroethylene resin containing the specified amount of one or more than two kinds of specifically selected inorganic oxide powders, is formed onto the inner peripheral surface, with which an inner cable contacts, of the outer tube. CONSTITUTION:The liner 1, which consists of tetrafluoroethylene resin containing 1-30wt% of one or more than two kinds of specifically selected inorganic oxide powders such as SiO2, Al2O3 and the like, is formed onto the inner peripheral surface, with which the inner cable a contacts, of the captioned outer tube, within which the inner cable a is slidably inserted so as to transmit the operating force having the both directions of push and of pull. Owing to the structure as described above, the abrasion resistance of the outer tube is so enhanced as to be able to stand million times of push-pull operations and as well as to maintain more than 75% of operating efficiency. |
