PURPOSE:To simplify the watch circuit, by displaying the time analogically with one LCD of the two-layer structure and displaying the time digitally with the other and displaying time dots for analogue display with the LCD for digital display. CONSTITUTION:An LCD4 for analogue display is provided with a pattern 7 for analogue hand display, pattern 8 for date, and a pattern 9 for day of the week. An LCD5 for digital display is provided with a time pattern 10, a pattern 11 for day of the week, a second pattern 12, and a date pattern 13 and is provided furthermore with time dots 14 corresponding to the pattern 7 for analogue hand display. These LCDs 4 and 5 are piled up to display the time analogically or digitally selectively. In the analogue display, time dots 14 are displayed together with the pattern 7 for analogue hand display. |
