摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate a construction of the device by a method wherein a main valve body and a sub-valve body are axially and movably abutted and arranged in the main body of the valve. CONSTITUTION:An operating shaft 33A for the servo valve 21 is operated in a rightward direction, the pilot valve 33 is moved and the passages 30 and 31, and the passages 29 and 34 are changed over to be communicated to each other, resulting in that the pilot fluid in the flow-in passage 22 is flowed to the pilot passages 17 and 18 to act against the back surface of the piston 15, a right end surface of the bus-valve body 12 and a left end surface of the piston 16, and then the fluid in the fluid chamber 26 is guided from the discharging passage 20 to the fluid reservoir 38. The sub-valve body 12 is moved in a rightward direction under a difference in acting force of the pilot pressure, thereby the flow-in passage 7, the flowing-out passage 9, the flowing-out passage 8 and the discharging passage 10 are changed over. At this time, the main valve body 5 is moved in a rightward direction, the piston 25 is also moved while both the flowing-in passage 2 and the flowing-out passage 3 are being closed, resulting in that the passages 29, 31, and the passages 30, 34 are shut off and then the main valve body 5 and the sub-valve body 12 are terminated to operate.
