摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a lens which decreases reflected light and has excellent durability by providing an aluminum oxide layer between the surface and hardened surface layer of the lens made of a high refractive index synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum oxide layer 5 is formed by a vacuum deposition method, etc., on the surface of the lens 4 made of the high refractive index synthetic resin having >=1.5 refractive index. The hardened surface layer 2 is formed on the layer 5 by evaporating a vapor deposition material such as silicon dioxide. The signal or multi-layered antireflection layer 3 is further provided on the hardened layer 2 by a vacuum deposition method. The reflection at the boundary face with the atm. is prevented by such layer 3. Silicon oxide and aluminum dioxide are used as the vapor deposition material. |
