PURPOSE:To apply bending force on a fixed position stably, by constituting a rolling mill of two press rollers, facing to each other, to approach or part to/ from each other by the streching and shrinking motion of piston rods of hydraulic cylinders, and constituting also of upper and lower working rolls slidable through arms and bearing boxes. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic cylinders 9, facing to each other, are mounted on the upstream side and downstream side of a housing 8 in the direction of a passing line of a rolling plate, an brackets 11 are provided to the ends of piston rods 10 of the cylinders 9 respectively. As a bending device, a pair of upper lower press rollers 12, 13 is attached pivotally to each bracket 11 to make the press rollers 12, 13 facing to each other, approach to each other and part from by the streching and shrinking motion of the rods 10. Further, arms 24, projecting towards the roll shaft side, are attached to the proper positions of roll shaft boxes 3, 4 of the upper and lower working rolls and connected with the housing 8 through strechable driving devices, so that the upper and lower working rolls 1, 2 are made slidable through the arms 24 and the bearing boxes 3, 4. |
