PURPOSE:To expand the adjusting range of measurement stably with a simple control using a feed back force conducting member and a measuring range adjusting member by turning them and fixing the free end thereof at an arbitrary position to adjust the measuring range after they are provided in such a manner as to be free to rotate. CONSTITUTION:Air of a fixed pressure is jetted from a nozzle 29 through a piping 28. When a differential pressure is applied to diaphragms 12 and 13 of the body 11, a displacement take off rod 15 is tilted by way of a bellows 14 and a strap 17 to oscillate a flapper 22 via an input beam 21 connected with a connection rod 25, an adjusting screw 25a and a compressed coil spring 26. This varies a clearance with the nozzle 29 to apply a change in the back pressure of the nozzle 29 to a feed back bellows 19 via a piping 30. Through a feed back bar 34, a vector mechanism 31 oscillates integrally on the pivot section of an adjusting bar 35 into a slot 40 whereby the back pressure of the nozzle 29 is transmitted to a receiver instrument when balancing the input beam 21. Thus, the adjusting range can be expanded stably with a simple control. |
