PURPOSE:To form a character part in conformity with a pattern material by forming a photopolymerizable resin layer on the surface of a sponge material which has an infinite number of continuous pores, by mounting the pattern material on it, and by irradiating the pattern material with ultraviolet rays from above. CONSTITUTION:The top surface of a sponge body A is coated with photopolymerizable liquid resin B and on this top surface, a character pattern C is mounted and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet-ray lamp. Thus, the photopilymerizing liquid resin is cured by photopolymerization and then the character pattern C is removed to remove the photopolymerizable liquid resin which is not cured right under the character pattern C. Consequently, a printing body is obtained which has a sponge part exposed on the surface in the shape of the character shape C. |
