<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the fine control of temp. and to perform molding, working, etc. in a proper way, by detecting the temp. of each section and supplying the positive or negative DC voltage to each thermoelectric element while comparing the differences between the temp. of each section and set temp. CONSTITUTION:The AC sensors 4011-4018 comprising thermocouples detect the temp. of thermoelectric elements 4081-4088, respectively and supply the output to an A/D converter 409 via a multiplexer 404. The digital signal of the converter 409 is supplied to either one of the corresponding comparators 4041-4048 via a comparator distributing circuit 412 and by the synchronizing signal of a controller 403. This comparator compares the temp. set value and the detected temp. given from a comparator time gate 413. As a result, the displayed positive, cutoff and negative DC voltages are controlled through DC voltage positive-negative converting circuits 4071-4078 to be applied to the corresponding elements 4081-4088.</p> |
