PURPOSE:To enable easy and reliable recognition of an important object to be monitored, such as running vessels, in case a marine target is monitored, by a method wherein a moving target is indicated in a different color from a color in which a static target is displayed. CONSTITUTION:An IF signal 1 (a) and a coherent signal b from a transmitting and receiving device 2 produces a video signal c and a moving video signal d by means of a composite video signal e by means of a composite circuit 5. A scanning conversion device 6 receives a composite video signal e, a timing signal from a timing circuit, and a bearing angle signal from a rader antenna 1, the signal e is written by a PPI scanning, it is read by a TV scanning, and it is outputted togetherwith a synchronous signal for TV. A separation circuit 7 classifies a composite video signal f, read by a scanning, according to polarity to separate it into an electrostatic video signal g and a moving video signal h for outputting. A TV display signal 8 receives the two video signals g and h and a TV asynchronous signal from the device 6 to display the two video signals g and h in a different color from each other by a TV scanning. |
