PURPOSE:To obtain a stable high-density image always througout all the range of humidity, by using a conductive zinc oxide treated to make it hydrophobic and a resin binder for a conductive layer on the side of a dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:Conductive layers are ormed on both sides of a support, and a dielectric layer is provided on one of the conductive layers to make an electrostatic recording material. Conductive zinc oxide is treated to make it hydrophobic. The conductive layer of the dielectric layer side is composed principally of this zinc oxide and a resin binder, thus permitting moisture not to be adsorbed even in high humidity, and therefore, a high-density image to be obtained. |
