PURPOSE:To improve service to a subscriber by achieving interior metering without metering by an intraoffice call meter by dividing a route regarding an outgoing trunk into two and by using one for the interior metering for a subscriber telephone set which has an attached interior call meter. CONSTITUTION:A centralized charging and recording call from a subscriber telephone set SPMTEL to which an interior call meter is attached is connected to a centralized charging and recording station TS through the discrimination and control of a switchboard controller CONT via a route 1 of an interior metering pulse transmitter LEAP, a channel switch SWF, an outgoing trunk attachment unit OGTAU, and a trunk OGT. This call is discriminated by a station TS to transmit a charging signal from the trunk OGT to the unit OGTAU. On receiving this signal, the unit OGTAU stops the transmission of the signal to an intraoffice call meter and send only interior metering pulses to the telephone set SPMTEL through the switch SWF, thus performing the interior metering. Further, a call from a general telephone set is transmitted to the station TS via the route 2 of the outgoing trunk OGT. |
