PURPOSE:To improve a heat resisting property, a solvent resisting property, etc., by using terminal hydroxyl group containing thermoplastic polyurethane containing a specific side chain hydroxyl group, as a binder component of an application layer such as a magnetic layer or a back coating layer, etc. CONSTITUTION:A binder component is obtained from terminal hydroxyl group containing thermoplastic polyurethane having one or more side chain hydroxyl groups which are obtained by means of polyaddition reaction of long chain diol whose molecular weight is about 500- about 3,000, organic di-isocyanate, short chain triol whose molecular weight is <=500, and together with short chain diol whose molecular weight is about 50- about 500 as required, or terminal hydroxyl group containing thermoplastic polyurethane resin having one or more side chain hydroxyl groups and the tertiary amino group in the main chain, and vinyl chloride resin such as a copolymer containing a vinyl alcohol component, and also using a polyisocyanate compound hardening agent as required. |
