PURPOSE:To achieve timing control in accordance with real time with simple circuit, by providing a processing circuit scanning each channel system monitor circuit, traffic observing circuit, interval set circuit and processing circuit counter respectively. CONSTITUTION:A processing circuit 13 sequentially scans the presence or absence of a detection signal of monitor circuits 12a-12n, and when the detection signal is detected, corresponding processing is executed immediately. Thus, one processing circuit 13 is enough and the monitor control clock supply circuit is unnecessary. On the other hand, counters 15a-15n count the number of scanning of the processing circuit 13. Further, a traffic observing circuit 14 observes the frequency of detection of each monitor circuit and sets an interval set circuit 16 to a predetermined value through the frequency. Thus, the processing circuit 13 can process the product between the count value of each counter and the set value of the circuit 16 on real time. Thus, the circuit can be simplified and the timing control on real time can be made. |
