PURPOSE:To obtain prescribed data in short time one after another by connecting respective means, constituting a storage device, on pipeline basis and by operating them simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A sense circuit selection part 10 turns on a clock CLphic-1 and at the same time, a word line turns on to fetch the state of a storage cell 5-1 into a sense circuit 6-1. Then, a CLphic-1 turns off and another CLphic-2 turns on. The sense circuit 6-1 amplifies the fetched state signal of the storage cell. On the other hand, information on a read latch 3 is sent to a write latch 4. The CLphic-1 turns on again and is rewritten in the storage cell 5-1 specified by the latch 4. Then, the CLphic-1 is turned off to obtain an output signal from the circuit 6-1. The selection part 10 turns on another CLphic-3. |
