PURPOSE:To automate a series of processes of gripping a recording medium by a gripping means after it is ejected from a holder, inverting the medium by an inverting means and then passing it to said holder. CONSTITUTION:After recording or reproducing operation is carried out by a cassette deck 1, a cassette 4 is ejected and an inverting device 5 is commanded to invert the cassette. In response to that, a motor is driven to move a subchassis 9 forth, and then a plunger 18 is energized by turning on a switch 20 to turn a driving member 14. The operation position of the switch 20 is adjustable with an adjustment screw 25. When the driving member 14 turns, the cassette 4 is gripped by a gripping means 31 and after the driving member 14 returns, a rotary plunger 38 is energized to invert the cassette 4. Then, the driving member 14 turns again to insert the cassette 4 into a holder 3 and the cassette 4 is released from being gripped. |
