PURPOSE:To prevent a mask block from falling off due to time aging, by making a case material and a mask block material adhere to each other tightly. CONSTITUTION:A solidlike mask block 2a is formed in advance by using a high melting point material whose melting point is comparatively high, for instance, a metal such as stainless steel, high melting point glass, ceramic, ferrite, etc., and is installed to a position of a mask block 2'a. Subsequently, a case 1a is formed by using a melted low melting point material whose melting point is comparatively low, for instance, phenolle resin, ''Derlin '', etc. After that, when the low melting point material is cooled and solidified, the case 1a and the mask block 2'a are made to adhere to each other without using an adhesive agent. A magnetic head body is inserted into an opening part 3b provided on the back surface of the case 1a. |
