PURPOSE:To improve the insulating resistance value, adhesive strength and separation resistance of a slot insulating material by preparing the material by mixing mica powder as insulating aggregate, with red iron oxide, phenol resin and alcohol. CONSTITUTION:Mica powder and red iron oxide are mixed by 1:1 as insulating aggregate, approx. 5-15% of phenol resin is mixed with 1 of alcohol, and mixture of mica powder and red iron oxide is uniformly mixed by agitation with mixture liquid of alcohol and phenol resin. The insulating resistance (OMEGA/sheet) of the slot insulating material thus prepared becomes higher than 32.F6, the adhesive pencil hardness becomes HB, and the separability (%) becomes 100 to be hard in separation. |
