PURPOSE:To display the moisture content of cereals grain in high accuracy, by connecting a receptacle for measurement provided a sensor at the inner wall part and a discharge valve at the bottom part, with a weighing device and also, providing a cereals feeding device at the upper part and then, a providing a switching set device for sorting and correction. CONSTITUTION:A machine frame 1 is formed by providing a cereals feeding opening 2 at one side of the upper part and a cereals discharge opening 3 at the lower part and a fixing board 8 is fixed on the upper side of the inside of the frame 1 and then, a cereals grain conveying conduit 6 providing an oscillation device 5 is placed on the board 4. A measuring device 7 is fixed on the upper part of the board 4 and also, a receptacle for measurement 8 is connected with one side of the device 7. A sensor for horizontal detection 18 is furnished on an inner wall face 16 of the cylindrical receptacle 8 opened the upper part and also, the weight of the cereals gain flowing down and forming an angle of repose, is measured by opening and shutting 20 an opening and shutting valve 19 provided at the bottom part. A switching set device for a kind 25 is connected with an output of the sensor 18 and an A/D conversion 27 is carried out and then, converted value is digitally displayed 28. Further, a switching set device for correction is connected with a cereals grain weight detection part of the device 7 and its output is connected with an electromagnetic coil 7 and the device 5 is stopped and also, the output is digitally display 28. |
