<p>Portable cover for repairing a leaking pipe or conduit comprising a flexible jacket incorporating a drain hose and outlet for bleeding off the material coming from the leak. The jacket is made of adsorbant material and/or has compartments which can be loaded with a liq. resin and a complementary curing agent. The jacket can be cured to enclose the leaking section and the integral outlet can then be plugged. Cover is suitable for application in situ, requiring only limited clearance all round the leaking section and not requiring the pipe line to be emptied or dismantled and it can be used to repair fittings or joints.</p> |
