PURPOSE:To give silky luster suitable for sealed packaging, pillow packaging, etc. by a method wherein the film is composed of two layers of a foaming resin layer and a non-foaming resin layer and the former layer is made from resin component stretched and oriented by adding forming agent to ionomer resin. CONSTITUTION:Foaming resin component obtained by adding foaming agent to ionomer resin and non-foaming resin component containing thermoplastic resin as the main component are kneaded and melted respectively by separate extrudes and then extruded from a cylindrical coextruding die in the form of a lateral layer tube. Next, this tube is expanded in a width direction, stretched in a take-off direction and expanded as cold fluid is blown from the outside and the tube is cooled. At the same time, the tube is stretched and then compressed by a clearance of a take-off roll and oriented fibrous structure is produced on the foamed resin layer to obtain an oriented plastic film having a lustrous tint like silk. |
