<p>PURPOSE:To convert scanning at a high speed, by executing in parallel readout by TV scanning from a picture memory, and constituting so that a data by polar scanning such as PPI scanning can be written in a picture memory simultaneously by multiplexing 2 picture elements or more in parallel. CONSTITUTION:In an input IC RAM detecting circuit 3, to which (n) pieces of IC RAMs in a picture memory 9 consisting of n<2> pieces of IC RAMs (n) picture element are inputted by an address data of (n) picture element portion from write data address register groups 2-1-(n) is detected. A designating signal of the RAM from this circuit 3 and the address data of (n) picture element portion from the register groups 2-1-(n) are provided to a picture element storage position selecting circuit 4, and it is possible to obtain a signal for inputting the write address data of (n) picture element portion to (n) pieces of designated RAMs. A signal obtained from this circuit 4 is applied to a write/readout switching circuit 5, the address data is written in the memory 9, and a picture data written in the memory 9 is read out by TV scanning.</p> |
