<p>The concentrator-distributor comprises a matrix of retractable light deflection members (2) where m lines and k columns are optically connected to m and k transmitter-receivers of light signals to form two submatrixes having respective kxm and 1xm of the members. Pref. the kxm members permit the passage of the incident signals from the transmitters and in part those from the transmitter-receivers and 1xm members permit the partial passage of the incident signals from the 1 transmitters and the m transmitter-receivers. This leads to bidirectional communication between the m and k transmitter-receivers and undirectional communications from the 1 transmitters to the m transmitter-receivers, optically managed by the appts. intercepting a transmitted part of the signals.</p> |
